Henderson: FA Cup Trophy Will Be Farewell Sweet Gifts for Gerrard
Liverpool – Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson hopes to take off Steven Gerrard with a sweet. He wants to make the FA Cup trophy as a parting gift for Gerrard.
After 17 years, Gerrard decided to end his career with Liverpool. The Reds captain will leave at the end of this season and continued his career in Major League Soccer (MLS).

This season’s FA Cup final will be played on May 30, 2015. That date will coincide with the anniversary of the 35th Gerrard.
“That would be sweet for him because he deserves something like that, to how good he is for years to Liverpool,” said Henderson told the BBC‘s Football Focus as quoted by ESPN FC.
“Hopefully we can win, that’s the goal, that’s what we hope to achieve. And it would be brilliant for us as a team and to him personally because it can get something in the last year,” he added.
During strengthen Liverpool, Gerrard has twice won the FA Cup, which is in season 2000/2001 and 2005/2006.
